D.   Severability; Interpretation.  If any provision of those Phrases, or any Added Terms, is for just about any reason considered invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court docket or arbitrator of proficient jurisdiction, then that provision will be considered severable from these Terms or the extra Phrases, along with the invalidity
